Frank Payton

Frank Payton of Milton Delaware is the CEO of Techno Goober, a local website firm that specializes in Web Development and Design. Frank grew up on a farm in Milton which he owns today. He is a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, attended Del Tech, and the University of Delaware. His interest in Information Technology grew little by little during his college years ultimately resulting in the formation of Techno Goober in November 2012.  Frank & his firm have been a strong supporter of COK since 2015.
